Welcome to the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Ahliyya Amman University I am pleased to warmly welcome you to the Faculty of Dentistry, which was established at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in 2023 in fulfillment of the university’s vision to include within its faculties a leading faculty in dental education and research at the local and international levels. We are proud to be one of the most prominent dental schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Perhaps the most prominent feature that distinguishes our school is the spirit of innovation, dedication, and serious pursuit of providing high-quality education in the field of dentistry, through an effective academic structure, an innovative study plan, and a distinguished faculty member that includes an elite group of professors in the field of dentistry and medicine. At the Faculty of Dentistry, we are committed to providing our students with the scientific knowledge and practical and clinical skills that are necessary to provide oral health care at the highest level of quality, by providing a stimulating educational environment and an infrastructure that includes the latest technical, laboratory and clinical equipment. At the Faculty of Dentistry, we believe in the importance of building a promising educational community, encouraging a culture of scientific research, and instilling the spirit of continuous learning among generations of dentists. The Faculty of Dentistry is keen to build bridges of cooperation and partnership with local community institutions and local and international medical institutions in order to achieve the school’s vision of being a pioneering school in the fields of medical education, scientific research, community service, and local, regional and international cooperation. Within this context, the Faculty of Dentistry signed a research, scientific and clinical cooperation agreement with Medical University of Vienna, which is considered one of the most important medical universities in the world. The college aspires to achieve more international cooperation with international dental institutions in the coming years.
